In the podcast we listen to a conversation between two teachers and a student at CBS. Joana Geraldi, an associate professor at CBS and specialized in project organizing, facilitates the discussion between Karoline Rolsted and Pernille Steen Pedersen, who both will share their knowledge and experiences. Karoline is studying MSc. in Business Administration and Psychology, but besides her own experiences, she also conducted research for her bachelor thesis on stress and shame among student at CBS. She will share what she learned from talking to other students and exploring the topic deeper. Pernille will draw on her research that investigates stress among CBS-students.
The podcast will address why and how group work can be stressful for some students in higher education. Whether you are at teacher wanting to support your students’ abilities to collaborate in groups or you are a student wanting to be better at collaborating, this podcast will give you food for thought and the courage to become more comfortable with the vulnerability and insecurities of being learners.
