Through voices, music, and lived experience, the podcast explores what can be hard to see from the outside: how expectations, norms, and work structures can clash with the ways people with ADHD think, feel, and work.
The aim is simple: to offer a closer understanding of experiences that can be difficult to grasp from the outside.
