A podcast from CBS well-being lab
Let ADHD out of the box
“I don’t think I fit into their small boxes… they were waiting for me to become easy to understand”
A dialogue (in Danish) between CBS students Rose Hannibal Ørsted and Caroline Kokholm-Jørgensen, cultural entrepreneur Danijel “Drux” Deletic and Pernille Steen Pedersen, Assistant Professor at CBS.
The podcast opens with these lines from Danish artist URO, setting the tone for a conversation about living with ADHD in education and work.
The episode brings together student research by Rose Hannibal Ørsted and Caroline Kokholm-Jørgensen, who have interviewed employees and managers in the financial sector about their experiences with ADHD. Cultural entrepreneur Danijel “Drux” Deletic also shares his experiences of living with ADHD.
Through voices, music, and lived experience, the podcast explores what can be hard to see from the outside: how expectations, norms, and work structures can clash with the ways people with ADHD think, feel, and work.
The aim is simple: to offer a closer understanding of experiences that can be difficult to grasp from the outside.
