If you are studying at CBS and looking for personal support, we’ve gathered links to other services that may help. Explore the options below.
CBS UNIverse
UNIverse is an online platform offering advice on how to maintain a balanced student life. Areas covered are:
- Getting started with your studies
- Tackling challenges (individually or in groups)
- Useful exercises on stress-reduction like breathing exercises and grounding
- Additional information on student support (e.g. where to apply for dispensation, free psychological help, and more).

CBS Guidance Counselor
The guidance counselling is a service provided to CBS students, where full-time counselors listen and support you with big and small challenges. Conversations are confidential and can cover:
- Administrative questions
- Study techniques, overwhelm, stress, bullying, harassment and well-being.
The counselors help many CBS students, and can be a valuable sparring partner for personal or academic concerns.

CBS Guidance Walk-in
On November 1, 2025, Student Hub and Student Guidance were merged into one unit. The location remains at Solbjerg Plads, in the old Student Hub room.
CBS staff are available to help, and if it is beyond a walk-in question, you will be referred to a personal counselor or the relevant department. Click read more to see contact details and walk-in hours.

Studenterrådgivningen (SRG)
SRG is a state-provided service, offering free social and psychological counseling for students in higher education on:
- Well-being, exam anxiety, stress
- SU related challenges and other student life issues
SRG supports approx. 4.000 students each year, through individual support, workshops and group sessions. The “Fald til Ro” section also includes helpful audio files with relaxation exercises.
